How It Works

From Home...

  1. Prepare your shipment: Pack, seal and place the prepaid shipping labels on your packages.
  2. Create a Dropoff Group: Using the Rapid Drop app, scan up to 5 prepaid shipping labels into a group (you'll get a Dropoff Group QR Code®1)
  3. Find a Rapid Dropoff Station: Use the app to Locate a Post Office with a Rapid Dropoff Station.

…to the Post Office

  1. Go to the Rapid Dropoff Station, open the Rapid Drop app, and scan the Dropoff Group QR Code®1 for self-service acceptance.
  2. Print your dropoff confirmation receipt.
  3. Drop your sealed and labels package(s) in the free-standing drum or in-wall package drop location.
